They will also provide warm, professional support to families and assist our leadership team in daily operations. This is an exciting new role that will be offered on a permanent part-time basis20 hours per week, worked across 3 5 days. We offer flexibility with days and shift times, and are happy to negotiate a schedule that suits both you and the needs of the centre. We are excited to offer this opportunity, located onsite at our Brand New Forster service. Desired Skills and Experience EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA Demonstrated ability in accurate and proficient performance of a wide range of administrative tasks Excellent communication skills in interactions with families Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and communication (written and oral) skills. Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and manage several tasks at one time to meet various deadlines Demonstrated skill in coordination, filing, and record management Ability to act with tact and discretion, maintaining high standards of confidentiality Intermediate experience and ability to work with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously and be responsible and accountable for own work QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years administration experience Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Current Class C Drivers Licence National Criminal History check clearance Prior administration experience in the early education sector (Desirable) Experience with Child Care Management System software (Desirable) If you genuinely share our passion for Childhood Education we would love to hear from you!APPLYnow.We will be shortlisting and interviewing candidates as applications are received.
