In this role, youll be actively involved in delivering highquality clinical trials, working closely with Investigators and multidisciplinary teams in a fastpaced, collaborative and valuesdriven environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver clinical research activities in line with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and all regulatory requirements Partner closely with Principal and CoInvestigators to manage daytoday trial activities Support efficient study startup, participant recruitment, study visits, monitoring, and closeout activities Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, regulatory files, and data entry within required timelines Conduct protocolspecific study visits and clinical tasks (e.g. vitals, ECGs, venepuncture, sample processing) as deemed competent Act as a key point of contact for study participants, sponsors, and internal stakeholders Liaise with hospital departments, thirdparty providers, and sponsor representatives to ensure smooth trial delivery Prepare for and host monitoring and site visits, addressing queries in a timely manner Complete mandatory and trialspecific training and contribute to quality, safety, and compliance activities Qualifications & Experience Hold an undergraduate degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline Have at least two years experience in nursing, research, or a scientific setting Bring a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations Are highly organised, detailfocused, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Communicate confidently and enjoy building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders Show initiative and flexibility, and work well both independently and as part of a team Are comfortable using computer systems, including MS Office and clinical trial software Can work flexibly across locations and are willing to travel interstate if required Benefits A welcoming, closeknit research team with a strong and supportive culture The opportunity to work with all craft groups in a busy public hospital environment A fastpaced role at Fiona Stanley Hospital, one of WAs largest public hospitals Supportive leadership and management focused on your growth and development Opportunities for internal career development and progression Free, confidential support for you and your family, including wellbeing, financial and nutritional coaching, legal advice and counselling A range of employee benefits, including Fitness Passport, the Wellbeing Gateway app, BUPA rewards and discounted Qantas Club membership GenesisCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
