Hotel Brand: InterContinentalLocation: Australia, South Australia, Adelaide Job Overview Were looking for a parttime or casual Steward who takes pride in their work. Stewards support chefs by maintaining clean, organised kitchens and upholding exceptional standards. Responsibilities Clean and sterilise countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. Maintain food storage areas such as freezers and refrigerators. Receive and organise deliveries to the kitchen. Support chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation (cutting, peeling, washing). Remove kitchen waste and wash dirty dishes. Work various shifts, including morning shifts as early as 6:00am and night shifts finishing at 1:00am. Qualifications Availability to work across different days and times. Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Attendant or Prep Chef helpful but not required. Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and meeting deadlines helpful but not required.
