Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Fitout Established national D&C fitout contractor delivering commercial projects up to $30M. Strong pipeline and a growing team with a focus on high-quality workplace and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the preconstruction phase from early client engagement through to project handover to delivery teams Manage feasibility, budgeting, cost planning, and program development Coordinate design consultants, estimators, and key subcontractors during tender and design development stages Provide buildability advice, value engineering, and risk management to optimise project outcomes Oversee tender submissions, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations Maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships throughout the pre-delivery phase About You 5+ years experience as PM / Precon PM in commercial construction Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within a D&C environment Proven involvement in projects $5M+ from feasibility or tender through to construction start Solid understanding of cost planning, procurement, and buildability Experience with Procore or similar project management platforms Confident communicator able to work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
