Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all daytoday maintenance activities, including breakdowns Deliver shortterm and longterm maintenance planning Oversee workshop activities, including supervision of staff Ensure high levels of workplace safety Lead and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple mine sites Achieve performance and reliability targets through effective planning and resource management Lead and support a team of qualified tradespeople, subcontractors, and other personnel Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations Manage and execute maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies Schedule drill servicing across Epiroc D65s rigs Motivate and manage a team of maintenance trades Work with superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance tasks Daily supervision of onsite digger, loader and excavator maintenance personnel Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work arising from breakdowns Supervise daily onsite production drill maintenance personnel, including apprentices Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment Extensive experience in breakdown diagnostics and repair across various equipment Qualifications Trade qualifications and certificates in Electrical work, with QBCC Experience in field maintenance within mining production Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a range of mining equipment Benefits Relocate and live in the beautiful coastal town of Gove Balanced worklife rhythm with a residential Gove roster: 4 days #J-18808-Ljbffr
