Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has a variety of accommodation styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, resort shop and a full service Day Spa and Hair Salon. We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Spa Manager for our Chahoya Spa. Chahoya Spa is an integral part of the greater Resort and as such you will work closely with other resort department managers. This role is very hands-on, withresponsibility for the day-to-day supervisory and financial management of the Spa as well as providing beauty treatments and massage to our guests.Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with this hands-on approach and will enjoy the mix of providing treatments, managing a team of highly trained and professional therapists and maximising revenue.In addition to this, we are seeking candidates who possess the following: Formal qualifications in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage; A significant amount of relevant management experience within the Beauty/Spa industry; Commitment to the ongoing training and development of both yourself and your team; Able to demonstrate a strong background in the delivery of customer service of the highest standard; Strong computer and time management skills; Ahigh standard of personal grooming and presentation at all times LaGaia Skincare experience highly regarded What we offer: Free onsite accommodation Competitive industry salary Discretionary bonus Employee discount across the resort Relocation assistance Free EAP program To learn more about Chahoya Spa, please visit: Only applicants with full Australian work rights should apply.
