The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, youll be part of a collaborative team of engineers and technicians, playing a key role in delivering end-to-end security integration projects. Youll be involved in the design, installation, and commissioning of systems, ensuring high-quality delivery from build through to client handover. Key Responsibilities Installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Alarms) Conduct site surveys and manage on-site installations, repairs, and testing Interpret client requirements and provide practical, effective solutions Support project delivery across engineering, civil scope, HSE, and QA Ensure compliance with KPIs, reporting, and company procedures Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and processes What Were Looking For Proven experience working with integrated security systems (Access Control, CCTV, etc.) Current Security Licence, Cabling Licence, and Drivers Licence Strong hands-on ability across cabling, electrical, or mechanical work Experience with maintenance, commissioning, and project execution Ability to read and understand project documentation and reports Excellent time management and organisational skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability Whats On Offer Competitive salary aligned with market rates Opportunity to work on high-profile, large-scale projects Backing of a global brand with strong job security Clear progression pathways into senior, project management, or leadership roles Ongoing training and development to expand your skillset If youre a motivated Security Technician looking to step into a role where you can genuinely grow and progress your career, this is one worth exploring.
