Control Room Operator / Security Officer / Security Guard As a Control Room Operator, you will act as a key security presence, ensuring safety for all visitors and tenants, and handling incidents and alarms swiftly. Fulltime Opportunity: Control Room Operator Roster: Week1: Wed0600 to 1800, Thurs0600 to 1800 & Fri0600 to 1800 Week2: Thurs0600 to 1800, Fri0600 to 1800, Sat0600 to 1800 & Sun0600 to 1800 Casual Opportunity: Security Team Member Availability across a 7day roster. As a Security Team Member, you will provide frontline security support across sites, performing patrols and customer service. What We Offer You Industryleading onboarding and refresher training Ongoing upskilling and professional development Clear pathways into senior, specialist, and leadership roles Opportunities across multiple sites and states One of Australias most diverse and inclusive workplaces Supportive leadership and strong onsite teams A company that looks after you on shift and off shift Modern incident reporting and digital platforms Smarter communication tools and systems Reward and recognition programs Familyoriented and wellbeing support Free uniforms A safe, respectful, and professional working environment What Youll Do Provide a strong security presence with exceptional customer service Support tenants, guests, and visitors professionally Conduct foot patrols and proactive safety awareness Manage access control and respond to client requests Respond confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Build positive relationships with retail partners and centre management Complete clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems Maintain a high standard of presentation and communication Required Skills and Qualifications Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable Assisting contractors with signin and compliance Managing CCTV cameras, tracking targets and identifying potential persons of interest Respond to alarms inside the control room and effectively manage staff during an emergency Use of computer to lock and unlock doors across the centre Answer phone calls from customers and tenants and respond accordingly to issues raised First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control The ability to complete reports using various platforms Excellent presentation, wellgroomed and corporateappropriate Highlevel problemsolving skills Ability to respond to emergency situations Valid work rights in Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
