Position Profile The Nurse Educator will, as part of a multidisciplinary team, be responsible for the development, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of education and professional development programs, resources and strategies for nursing and related services. Areas of accountability include leadership, development, implementation, and review of quality and safety initiatives, setting clinical standards, policy development and change management. The successful applicant will work in collaboration with colleagues and the Nurse Coordinator, and practice within their scope of practice consistent with the Nursing and Midwifery Boards Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
