SUPERVISORS FIFO KARRATHA (3/1) COMMISSIONING OIL & GAS Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for a major, complex Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA. This is a high-risk, high-expectation environment operating in live and/or under-construction process plants. These roles are for supervisors who know Oil & Gas, understand permits, productivity, and pressure and can lead crews safely and decisively. Oil & Gas supervisory experience is mandatory Applicants must be in Australia with full working rights Project & Roster Location: Karratha, WA FIFO from all Australian capital cities Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (fly out Day 21) Project Hours: 68-hour week (10 hrs Mon-Sat, 8 hrs Sun) Start: Immediate What Youll Be Doing Lead toolbox talks and safety leadership Zero Harm is non-negotiable Control permits and isolations in line with site requirements Supervise construction & commissioning across one or more crews Drive productivity and progress to meet critical milestones Manage labour, plant, cost codes, and project controls Execute the programme and Escalate risks or delays early Enforce quality, subcontractor compliance, and site standards Mandatory Requirements WA Electrical Licence Hands-on Oil & Gas experience Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Oil & Gas operations (within your field) First Aid (issued within the last 36 months) CPR / LV Rescue (issued within the last 12 months) Construction Card (White or Blue) Full Australian working rights applicants must currently be in Australia About Ganaji Contracting Ganaji Contracting is proudly Indigenous owned and operated.
