Overview Eyre and Far North Local Health Network Renal Dialysis Unit, Ceduna District Health Services Salary RN/M1 $77,824 - $106,187 p.a. + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Sacrifice Benefits Ongoing Full Time working over a 6 day roster Ceduna District Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Unit in an ongoing full-time capacity. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients requiring haemodialysis and hemodiafiltration, supporting them throughout their treatment journey. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and coordinate care tailored to individual patient needs, while engaging respectfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. How Will You Contribute? Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to renal patients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of care Deliver haemodialysis and haemodiafiltration treatments while monitoring patient wellbeing and responding to clinical needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services to ensure holistic, coordinated care Support quality improvement initiatives, education of patients and staff, and contribute to a positive team environment Who Are We Looking For?
