Essential Requirements: Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications with a minimum level of Certificate III in Individual Support, and/or Certificate IV in Ageing Support or Disability, and/or Certificate III in Community Services or above with relevant specialisation (or other relevant discipline). Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (see the candidate support document here for details) or a willingness to undertake our full time 14week paidtolearn course. Have a minimum of three (3) years postqualification experience relevant to your industry, gained no longer than five (5) years previously. Paidtolearn: for candidates who do not hold an appropriate VET teaching qualification or equivalent, you have the option to be paid to learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14week Training and Assessment course. Those who already hold the appropriate teaching qualification or equivalent are still eligible to apply.
