Youll join a care team where compassion and empathy accompany the delivery of exceptional clinical and personal care every day.What will you bring to the role?Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable)Medication Assist Competency (desirable)Understanding of Aged Care and Residents rights and responsibilitiesDedication to caring for older people to live their best livesTeamwork skills and a friendly, approachable mannerStrong attention to detail and outstanding communication skillsFlexibility with availability of days and shift timesAbout Southern Cross CareSouthern Cross Care (SCC) is a Catholic not-for-profit organisation established by the Knights of the Southern Cross, more than 40 years ago.
