Key Responsibilities Carry out general repairs across the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment fixes. Complete room and property inspections and action maintenance issues quickly. Respond to urgent callouts and resolve problems such as leaks, electrical faults, and HVAC issues. Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and support routine safety checks. Keep tools and supplies organised and ensure stock is replenished. Help maintain a clean, safe, and well presented property for guests and staff. What Youll Bring Solid experience in general maintenance or trade work, ideally in hospitality. Practical skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail. A reliable, hands on approach with good communication and teamwork. Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
