Responsibilities: Carry materials and equipment across the facility. Operate machines and tools to keep equipment running. Clean the facility, machines, and equipment. Assemble and disassemble machines, change defective parts, and install new equipment. Record maintenance, serve guests, deliver samples of finished products, and perform assigned duties. Reply to and check emails daily; monitor and respond on electronic media platforms. Purchase and store necessary suppliesincluding raw materials, stationery, chemicals, fuel, safety kits, etc. Operate different machinery and equipment; train and assist other staff. Clean toilets weekly, kitchen weekly, wash facilities, and keep company vehicles clean. Clean office windows and remove cobwebs. Fulfil client orders, handle online notes, deliver items, and pick up items from suppliers and clients. Follow all company OH&S policies and stop unsafe work. Qualifications / Competency: Well versed with safety and quality standards in conventional factory settings. Trained in using a wide range of machines and equipment across production units. Goaldriven, able to work under strict deadlines. Effective communication with coworkers and ability to follow senior instructions. Business Development Manager & Technical Solutions Locations: Henderson, WA & Hemmant QLD | Type: Full Time As the Business Development Manager & Technical Solutions, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing technical proposals, and building trusted client relationships across Australia and the AsiaPacific region (including Malaysia). Project Manager Location: Henderson, Perth WA | Type: Full Time We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to design, implement, and optimise OLEOLOGY treatment systems, ensuring client expectations and performance standards are met. Key Objectives: Lead project delivery and execution. Maximise project efficiency, technical accuracy, and profitability from design to delivery. Define and manage project scope, specifications, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate crossfunctional engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards. Deliver projects on time and on budget. Work with and introduce advanced technology: Water treatment, Enhanced Oil recovery, Mercury Removal, Water Recycling. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Director of Engineering to establish project objectives, design parameters, data collection methods, and performance standards. Support design and development of OLEOLOGY treatment systems 2D/3D layouts, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and P&IDs. Oversee procurement and ensure timely acquisition of materials, components, and subcontracted services. Coordinate fabrication, assembly, and testing of treatment systems, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Assist in commissioning, performance testing, and operational handover to clients. Track project progress using company CRM and project management tools; prepare periodic progress and cost reports. Identify and manage project risks, schedule deviations, and budget variances; communicate corrective actions proactively. Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test procedures, and quality assurance records. Excellent understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, and mechanical layouts. Familiarity with ECR/ECO processes and configuration management. Demonstrated understanding of compliance standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements in engineering projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead meetings, manage contractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders. Operations & Maintenance: Supervise ongoing operations of OLEOLOGY treatment systems across client sites. Monitor system performance, analyse operational data, and implement process optimisation measures. Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair works to ensure consistent system uptime. Develop and update operational procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, and system manuals. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards during operations. Technical Support & Documentation: Provide technical and engineering support to clients and site personnel. Collaborate with fabricators, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety briefings in accordance with OLEOLOGYs HSE framework. Develop and review project deliverables such as PFDs, datasheets, and testing documentation. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate commissioning and field service activities. Plan logistics, manpower, materials, and scheduling for site assignments. Prepare progress updates, system performance summaries, and detailed final handover reports. Support client training and postcommissioning assistance as required. Education & Experience: Technical Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering. 58 years of experience in commissioning, operations, or maintenance within water treatment, oil & gas, or process industries. Exposure to sitebased work and commissioning documentation is highly regarded. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of water treatment systems, pumps, piping, and instrumentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage. Working knowledge of commissioning and testing procedures, QA/QC documentation, and safety compliance standards.
