Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key leadership role within People & Culture, driving ASIC''s talent acquisition strategy and leading a high performing team to deliver contemporary, data-driven and innovative recruitment solutions. The Role As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and shape ASIC''s talent acquisition function, balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence in a complex and dynamic environment. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence senior stakeholders and lead a team of up to nine direct reports to deliver best practice recruitment outcomes across the organisation. You Will Lead and deliver ASIC''s Talent Acquisition Strategy, aligning workforce outcomes with organisational priorities Build, lead and develop a high performing talent acquisition team, driving capability, accountability and continuous improvement Deliver contemporary attraction and sourcing strategies informed by labour market intelligence and future capability needs Oversee complex, senior level and high volume recruitment activities, including emerging talent programs Monitor recruitment performance, providing data driven insights, reporting and advice to senior leaders Drive process, systems and technology improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience and quality of hire About You You are a confident and experienced people leader with deep expertise in talent acquisition. You thrive in complex environments, bring a strategic and data driven mindset, and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders on workforce and recruitment matters. You are solutions focused, forward thinking and committed to delivering highquality outcomes aligned to ASIC''s purpose and values. You Will Also Have Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline such as Human Resources, Commerce or Economics Extensive experience leading talent acquisition functions, including exposure to both inhouse and RPO recruitment models Experience delivering high volume recruitment campaigns and emerging talent programs In depth knowledge of contemporary talent acquisition practices, labour market trends and best practice Strong people leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams Demonstrated experience managing ATS and HR systems and leveraging technology to improve outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder and relationship management capability Highly developed project management, vendor management and analytical skills About ASIC ASIC''s remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
