It operates with a fine dining Restaurant, a busy upmarket Bistro, a Thai Restaurant, a Function Room, a takeaway Kiosk and an Art Gallery.We are looking for a friendly, experienced Bartender who is passionate about the industry. You''ll be working in a fastpaced but fun environment.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:Execute smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and serve great drinks.Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.Ensure that all details of service are performed to ensure every guest receives the highest quality of service.Assist with creating and implementing cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonal cocktails are available on the menu.Order and maintain bar inventory control with the support of the Beverage Manager.Ensure bar opening and closing duties are up to date and completed daily to standard by bartenders.Required Experience2+ years restaurant and/or bartending experienceExcellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinksStrong commitment to serviceAdditional QualificationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong interpersonal and problemsolving abilitiesExcellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibilityAbility to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationshipsMust hold a current New South Wales RSAGreat training and mentoringCareer progression opportunitiesStaff meals are provided each dayDuring the warmer months, you can go for a swim during your breakGreat working atmosphere and great tipsOnly successful candidates will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
