Supply And Distribution Officer - Westmead Classification: General Admin Staff Grade 2 Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Remuneration: $69,286.88 per annum and 12% superannuation Hours per week: 38 Location: Westmead Hospital Applications Close: 11:59pm, Tuesday, 12 May 2026 About the opportunity This role is an integral part of the hospital as it provides effective stock control and management of clinical and non-clinical products. You will utilise relevant technologies for maintaining stock levels, conduct stocktakes and rotate stock, all with safety front of mind. You will be responsible for receiving goods, using your forklift licence to load and unload store items as required. If you are customer service focused, an independent worker with sound computer literacy skills, you will gain meaningful employment within our supportive team. Qualifications and Requirements Candidate must have forklift licence and have an Australian work right (citizenship, permanent residency or valid work visa). Responsible for receiving goods and performing stock management tasks. Ability to work safely, using equipment and maintaining stock levels. Experience in stock control and administration, or equivalent. Employment Conditions If successful following the application close date, you will be required to attend interview and reference checks. Efficient completion of pre-employment health assessment may be required for external candidates. Eligibility list may be created for future positions within the next 6 months.
