Join Qantas Airways as a Change Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering one of Australias largest payroll transformation programs, supporting over 19,000 employees.As Change Manager, youll provide end-to-end change management support for the Payroll Transformation Program. Youll oversee the impact of organisational changes, ensuring our people are prepared, engaged, and equipped to integrate new systems, processes, and ways of working.
