As a Commis Chef you will play a pivotal role in developing and producing meals for first, business and economy class passengers. This role is central to our services, allowing us to fulfil our mission of delivering the promises we make to our customers. Responsibilities Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of quality meals to specification standards Assisting other chefs in the kitchen with general duties Working as part of a team in a customercentric environment Maintaining a clean and safe workstation Assisting with stock rotation Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices Requirements Either City & Guilds 706/1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2 Previous catering experience Fully knife trained Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling, bending and reaching Adequate numeracy and English skills About Us As the global caterer of choice, dnata catering UK provides inflight catering to the world''s leading airlines.
