The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, providing strategic legal advice, analysing and resolving legal issues and ensuring compliance regarding data privacy and other relevant regulations. You will engage collaboratively with clients to address their business needs effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial lawProficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contractsAbility to provide accurate and strategic legal adviceUnderstanding of data privacy laws and compliance requirementsExcellent research, analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAdmission as a solicitor in Australia with a current practicing certificateExperience in technology and telecommunications law is highly advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
