Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIdentify new farming and post gate Agribusiness and referral opportunities & establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contactsDevelop and manage a portfolio of key Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partnersAssess economic value and risk potential of new businessImplement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local marketImplement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.QualificationsExperience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferredAn established network within the agricultural industryExperience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessmentStrong commercial acumen, with robust negotiation capability and experience across all aspects of financial analysisHigh drive and tenacity, paired with a genuine passion for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
