Sales & Marketing Coordinator (HOT0CJ39) Job Number: HOT0CJ39 Work Locations Hilton Sydney, 488 George Street, Sydney 2000 Key Responsibilities Marketing Contribute content ideas and create UGC-style assets aligned with brand direction. Support daily posting, scheduling and engagement across platforms. Assist with compiling social media and content performance metrics and reporting. Coordinate updates to hotel collateral, signage and in-room materials. Manage supplier liaison including quotes, production and delivery. Assist with design creation via Canva or MarKIT and briefing of designers. Support installation and setup of physical brand touchpoints. Maintain hotel listings across owned and thirdparty platforms including OTAs. Support email marketing execution for outlets and campaigns. Assist with monthly performance reporting across digital, social and PR. Support photoshoots and video production logistics. Coordinate briefing documents, approvals and schedules. Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment. Support general office administration tasks as required. Sales Handle all incoming groups, conference and events leads professionally through all channels, ensuring enquiries are responded to within 3 hours and proposals delivered within 24 hours in line with Hilton best practice. Qualify leads and develop tailored proposals for clients. Support site inspections, client hosting and relationship management. Proactively drive demand through repeat and "bring back" business activity. Prepare event proposals and agreements. Input bookings into the event and group booking systems. Build relationships with clients, develop a clear understanding of their needs and support the Sales team to maximise conversion of leads and bookings. Maintain accurate client and account data across systems. Develop in-depth knowledge of hotel offerings and competitor landscape. Ensure all reports are produced as requested by Management. Update and maintain accurate account profiles in database systems (e.g., Delphi). Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in all booking systems, adhering to system best practices and standards. Assist the Sales team in collating market intelligence. Support execution of events, activations and promotional initiatives. Assist with industry trade shows and key commercial engagements. Support key internal stakeholders in the planning and execution of sales activities. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field (completed or in progress). Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience. Strong communication skills with an ability to write clearly and persuasively. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management. Commercial mindset with a passion for sales, marketing and guest experience. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar design platforms preferred. Knowledge of CRM or booking systems such as Delphi advantageous. Professional, polished and confident in client interactions.
