Transform Lives Every day!Anglicare is seeking an experienced and motivated Foster Care Case Manager to join our regional team on a part-time basis -2 days per week. This role is based in Orange, NSW, with regular travel across the Central West and Southern Tablelands, including Young and Goulburn, to support children, carers, and families.About the RoleYou will provide end-to-end foster care case management, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and permanency needs of children and young people are met. Working closely with carers, birth families, DCJ, and community partners, you will support stable placements and positive long-term outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver holistic foster care case management in line with OOHC and Permanency Support Program requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with carers, children, families, DCJ, and stakeholdersSupport and monitor foster carers, ensuring standards are met and placements are strengthenedFacilitate and monitor family time and prepare high-quality reportsMaintain accurate case notes, plans, and documentationWork flexibly across regional locations to meet service needsAbout YouDegree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, Community Services or similarDemonstrated experience in foster care, OOHC, or child protection caseworkStrong assessment, written, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work autonomously in a regional environmentUnrestricted NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for work (pool car provided)Aligned with Anglicares values and Christian missionWhat We OfferPart-time role 2 days per weekFlexible, community-based workSupportive supervision and professional developmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in regional communitiesWhy Anglicare?We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.
