Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join the Device Technologies Group Marketing & Digital team in a handson role where youll play a key part in shaping and delivering our social media presence. As Social Media Coordinator, youll work closely with the Head of Communications and crossfunctional stakeholders to bring campaigns, stories and initiatives to life across our core channels. From creating engaging content and supporting paid and organic campaigns to tracking performance and surfacing insights, this role offers strong exposure to a fastpaced, purposedriven organisation operating in a regulated, highly respected industry, ideal for someone looking to grow their skills, build meaningful stakeholder relationships and make a visible impact. Experience Required 13 years experience in a similar social media, marketing or communications coordination role Handson experience planning, creating, scheduling and publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Experience supporting and executing both organic and paid social media campaigns, including LinkedIn Paid Advertising Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and analyse performance metrics to inform recommendations Experience coordinating content with internal stakeholders across marketing, product and business teams Strong written communication, editing and content creation skills (copy, imagery and basic video) Working knowledge of social media analytics, reporting and performance tracking Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Advertising or a related field Equal Employment Opportunity Our promise is all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, disability, age and all the other wonderful characteristics that make us different.
