Provide consultative selling of vehicles and associated services. Deliver excellent guest experiences and manage multiple sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records and use dealership software to manage sales processes. Qualifications & skills Minimum 2years of sales or hospitality experience in a highvolume environment. Strong selfmotivation and proven ability to meet sales targets. Excellent communication, organisational and timemanagement skills. Current NSW drivers licence and ability to drive manual vehicles. Parts Interpreter Girraween Responsibilities Interpret part requirements and manage parts inventory for customers. Provide accurate and timely information on part availability. Ensure high volume processing and meet deadlines. Work collaboratively with sales and service teams. Qualifications & skills At least 3years experience in a parts interpreter role. Experience with Toyota parts software TUNE is preferred. Strong computer literacy, communication and organisational skills. High customer service orientation and teamplayer attitude. Service Advisor Granville Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to customers and manage service schedules. Communicate service timings, costs and warranty information. Build rapport and maintain ongoing service relationships. Document and close orders accurately using dealership software. Qualifications & skills Customercentric approach with strong organisational skills. Experience in achieving high customer service standards. Knowledge of cars and warranties. Communicate clearly in written and verbal form. Work collaboratively as part of a team. Qualifications & skills Qualified mechanic with highvolume workshop experience, preferably Toyota. Valid Australian Automotive trade qualification. Valid NSW drivers licence. Willingness to learn new technologies. AIS and airconditioning licences preferred.
