Cleaning Supervisor > 38hrs/w (Mon - Fri from 6:30am to 2:36pm) > Mordialloc, VIC Base rate: $28.12 + Leading hand allowance We are a leading provider of cleaning services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality and reliable cleaning solutions to various industries. We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across the South-EastMelbourne Area and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members who have great communication skills to join our team at TLC Whitewater (84 White St, Mordialloc VIC 3195). The position Full Time position, 38 hours per week Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:36pm. (38 hours per week) As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the building , ensuring the safety and well-being of the personal. Requirements You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process : Right to Work in Australia A valid Police Check An NDIS Worker Clearance Necessary vaccinations (3 doses of Covid-19 vaccination and 2026 Flu vaccine) . Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear mask throughout the entire shift. As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include: General cleaning duties, including common areas etc Supervision of onsite cleaning Participation in morning briefings Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.) Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standards on site Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management Managing people Site inspections Staff training Indidents reports Performance reviews We treat our people with respect and appreciate their hard work in jobs where expectations are high.
