This role suits a proactive safety professional who enjoys workingclosely with operational teams to improve standards, reduce risk and embed a strong safetyculture.The OpportunityAs a key member of the Human Resources Team, youll partner with site leaders andfrontline teams to provide practical safety guidance, support compliance activities and drivecontinuous improvement across multiple locations.The role combines on-site engagement, audit activity and advisory support in a fast-pacedoperational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day safety support and guidance to operational teamsConduct site audits, inspections and risk assessmentsInvestigate incidents and support corrective action implementationDeliver training and coaching on safety practices and proceduresSupport the application of safety management systems and processesIdentify hazards and implement controls to reduce riskAssist with compliance reporting and documentationPromote a positive safety culture across multiple sitesAbout YouYoull bring experience in a similar HSE or safety advisory role and be comfortable workingacross multiple sites in an operational environment.Youll ideally have:Formal qualification in health and safety or a related discipline5 years + experience in a safety advisory role in a manufacturing or relateddisciplineKnowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance frameworksExperience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigationsStrong communication and influencing skillsAbility to engage effectively with frontline teams and leadersKnowledge of relevant state-based Workers Compensation programs andprocessesConfidence interpreting and applying policies and proceduresValid driver licence and willingness to travel between sitesWhats on OfferCompetitive remuneration, depending on experienceMulti-site role with strong operational exposureOpportunity to influence safety culture and compliance outcomesRegional location with regular site travel*Please note as a pre-requisite for employment, prospective candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
