As a Fulltime Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services. Efficiently use our pointofsale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal. Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security and loss prevention. Skills and Experiences Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fastpaced retail store environment.
