THE ROLEWe are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Receival Point Operator (RPO) on a fulltime permanent basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with growers, contractors, and team members to sustainably create and return value to growers. This role requires movement between the receival sites in Area15 which includes Katanning, Kojonup, North Kojonup, Wagin, Dumbleyung, Nyabing, Mindarabin and Pingrup.Roster: Monday to Friday with optional weekend shifts. A 7:7 roster is available from February to August, with the possibility of extension for the ideal candidate. Accommodation is available on site. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain. Safely receive, store, and outload grain. Sample and assess grain, including identifying contaminated grain. Maintain grain condition in storage systems through hygiene activities. Operate and maintain equipment safely and hygienically. ABOUT YOU Hold an unrestricted and valid drivers licence (MR advantageous) with a reliable vehicle. Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker preemployment medical. Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration. Possess basic computer skills.
