Situated on 33,000 hectares of land traditionally owned by the Wiilman people of the Noongar nation, Boddington is a drive-in, drive-out site that offers employees the opportunity to live locally or in Western Australias southwest.Your impactReporting to the NPI Site Services Supervisor, youll play a key role in keeping site services running safely and efficiently by operating and maintaining industrial mobile equipment, primarily vacuum trucks. This is a hands-on operational role focused on the safe, consistent delivery of industrial services across site, including waste management, non-destructive digging and wastewater systems. Youll work as part of a small, close-knit crew, supporting site-wide operations from the processing plant and village through to Bunbury Port.As part of our team you willOperate vacuum trucks and industrial mobile equipment across site and external locationsManage controlled waste streams including oily waste, sewerage and commercial wastePerform non-destructive digging, drain cleaning and high-pressure water jetting activitiesConduct daily inspections, pre-starts and basic maintenance on equipmentMaintain equipment to a high standard of cleanliness, safety and complianceIdentify and report defects, hazards and improvement opportunitiesWork across multiple operational areas including plant, village and infrastructureSupport continuous improvement and adherence to site safety and environmental standardsPrerequisites for your success in the roleCurrent WA Heavy Rigid (HR) LicenceControlled Waste Driver LicenceExperience operating vacuum trucks or similar industrial mobile plantHigh Pressure Water Jetting (MSMSS0004)Operate Vacuum Loading System (MSMS00006)Operate Drain Cleaning System (MSMSS00005)Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing certificationsStrong understanding of safety, compliance and environmental requirementsAbility to work effectively in a team and operate autonomously when requiredBasic SAP and Microsoft Outlook capability will be well regardedYour work environmentThis permanent position is offered on an 8/6 roster (days only), supporting a broad operational footprint across the Boddington site and surrounding infrastructure.
