You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, overseeing delivery standards, and contributing to the strategic direction of the offensive security capability. This role balances technical oversight, people leadership, and commercial accountability, positioning you as a key leader within the broader cyber practice.* Lead and manage a team of offensive security consultants across all levels* Drive delivery quality, ensuring engagements are well-scoped and executed* Act as an escalation point for complex technical and client issues* Lead and support pre-sales activities including scoping, proposals, and pricing* Manage team utilisation, pipeline visibility, and resourcing* Contribute to offensive security strategy, capability uplift, and go-to-market* Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team culture* Support thought leadership, community engagement, and industry presence* Partner with internal stakeholders to align delivery and commercial outcomes# WHAT YOU''LL BRING* Strong background in offensive security at senior or principal level* Technical credibility across offensive security domains (e.g. OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK)* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams* Strong commercial acumen including utilisation, pricing, and delivery risk* Experience in pre-sales, client engagement, and stakeholder management* Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders including CISOs* Strong decision-making capability balancing client, team, and commercial needs* Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience, e.g. OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, CRTP or similar* Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance# WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
