The role will see you provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to a wide range of key government clients. You will work on matters relating to all aspects of public law including administrative decisionmaking, FOI, privacy and litigation involving merits review and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with leading experts and specialists in Public Law.Who We Are Looking For Ideally you will have at least 5 years'' experience gained in a reputable Government litigation practice, including experience with key government clients.
