Working closely with a skilled and supportive team, you will drive high-quality planning, execution, monitoring and continuous improvement across all drill and blast activities on site.About the Role As a Drill & Blast Supervisor, you will:Lead and support the Underground Drill and Blast Team to deliver safe, compliant and effective blasting outcomesOversee daily stope drilling, QA/QC checks, charging and timing activitiesCollaborate closely with drillers, stope chargers and the magazine keeper to meet production schedulesFoster a culture that prioritisessafety, teamwork, clear communication and continuous improvementSupport the training, coaching and ongoing development of team membersChampion inclusive, respectful and consistent ways of working across the blast teamThis is a unique opportunity to step into avisible leadership rolewhere your guidance will directly influenceteam culture, safety performance and operational success .About You You bring a calm, steady and people-centred approach to leadership.
