Expect variety, practical work, and strong support from your team.You Can Expect ToLead and coordinate assembly tasks at allocated stationsAllocate work and manage workflow to meet schedule and quality standardsEnsure accurate assembly in line with drawings, plans and specificationsResolve assembly issues quickly to keep production on trackLiaise professionally with site staff, contractors, suppliers and clientsProvide updates and information for the Daily Site DiaryComplete required records, documentation, and reportsOperate and maintain tools and equipment safely and correctlyIdentify and report safety, environmental, and quality issues immediatelyReport accidents, incidents, and near misses in line with proceduresSupport apprentices and new starters to work safely and follow processesEssential What you''ll bring:Qualified tradesperson (Certificate IIII in Plumbing) with relevant experience in mechanical plumbing or a related field.Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership roleAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsCommitment to safety and quality standards in all aspects of workExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureEffective communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse teamPermanent working rights in AustraliaDesirableCertificate III in Process Manufacturing or Engineering (Fabrication)Experience in assembly or manufacturing environmentsAbout Us Here at Benmax, we''re proud of what we build and the way we look after our people.
