We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to fill an established position. The Role Assessing and interviewing candidates for roles across all areas of the business (including truck drivers and forklift operators) Co-ordinating with team members to arrange all requirements of onboarding new employees About You MC licence with experience (including Road Ranger operation) Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Strong time management Ability to multi-task whilst also following a process This role is varied and challenging with a mix of telephone contact, face to face interviews, in truck driving assessments, vetting resumes for department/depot managers and assisting with onboarding of new employees. You will assist with training of new employee''s from time to time.
