The Opportunity: CSR is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead site logistics operations at our Somersby facility. This handson leadership role is critical in delivering safe, efficient and customerfocused warehouse and transport operations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee daytoday warehouse operations while driving safety, continuous improvement and highperformance team culture. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Planning, you''ll ensure outstanding customer outcomes and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Operations Deliver outstanding customer service through strong crossfunctional collaboration Drive continuous improvement and CSR initiatives across logistics operations Champion safety, health, environment and sustainability across the site Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, Workers Compensation and relevant legislation Lead investigations into safety incidents and customer complaints Support inventory activities including cycle counts and stocktakes Manage site logistics and thirdparty transport costs People Leadership Build a strong safetyfirst, highperformance team culture Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve results Lead daily team briefings covering safety, targets and priorities Encourage innovation, accountability and continuous improvement About You You''re a confident leader with a hands on, solutions focused approach and proven experience in logistics or warehouse environments. You will bring: 3+ years'' experience in warehouse and transport operations Experience delivering change and improvement initiatives Strong leadership and team development capability Sound commercial and analytical acumen Excellent planning, prioritisation and communication skills Working knowledge of WMS/TMS and Microsoft Office A proactive, resilient and accountable mindset A strong commitment to safety, compliance and sustainability What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
