Job description Join Us and Shape the Future for Older Australians ACNA is seeking to fill 1x fulltime, 12month fixedterm maternity leave position servicing the MidNorth Coast of NSW, including areas such as Coffs Harbour and Grafton. Travel is essential - Team members are required to work within their local region and undertake travel across the Upper to Mid and Mid to Lower North Coast, as well as surrounding regions. What is the role? Here is a typical week for a Clinical Assessor: Picture yourself travelling to a participant''s home, learning about how they live and supporting them through identifying strategies and supports to maintain their independence as they age. Now picture doing this multiple times a day, each day of the week and the impact you will have on each persons life. This is part of our Aged Care Assessment program (formerly known as ACAT or ACAS assessments). Your warm personality, existing skills and experiences, complemented by extensive training and support enable you to convert your participant interactions into meaningful support plans documented using digital tools as guided by ACNAs Active Assessment method. You love driving. The reality of our role in the community is that we spend a lot of time driving between clients and listening to many podcasts, audio books and Taylor Swift (okay, Taylor is not for everyone). Key dates We will host 1-hour online group video discussions (GVD) from Monday 18th May onwards. Successful candidates will be required to attend a in person Recruitment Centre during the week commencing 1st June. Compliance takes roughly 5 business days to complete.
