Permanent Part Time role (2 days a week) This role lets you make a real impact through high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy, grounded in resident-centred, holistic care. Youll assess residents physical and psychosocial functioning, guiding their capacity for everyday activities, and work closely with themand those important to themto shape meaningful, goal-driven care. Using your expertise in routines, roles, and activity analysis, youll design and deliver engaging, holistic therapy programs that boost autonomy, well-being, and quality of lifehelping residents participate in activities that matter most to them. About the Role As an Occupational Therapist within Aegis, no day will look the same! About You Hold a genuine interest in working with older people. Passion for enablement and rehabilitation. Customer service ethos with focus on providing a comprehensive and meaningful Occupational Therapy service to all residents. Have strong attention to detail and solution focussed problem-solving skills. An appetite for innovation and continuous improvement Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work independently and within a team environment. Essential Requirements Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
