The Role We are seeking a polished and service-driven Cellar Door Sales & Guest Experience team member to deliver a highly curated and memorable guest experience. This role is suited to an individual who understands the nuances of premium service, values storytelling, and takes pride in representing a destination brand. You will guide guests through an elevated tasting and retail experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and intention of B Farm. Key Responsibilities Deliver a refined, attentive, and personalised guest experience Confidently articulate the B Farm story, including our agritourism philosophy, provenance, and artisanal production Lead guests through curated tastings and product experiences with professionalism and depth of knowledge Drive retail performance through considered recommendations and guest engagement Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the cellar door environment Manage transactions with accuracy and discretion Support visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards Assist in delivering group experiences, private bookings, and elevated guest moments Work collaboratively to ensure a seamless, premium guest journey About You Naturally warm, polished, and confident in engaging with a discerning clientele Strong communication and storytelling ability, with attention to tone and detail Genuine interest in food, produce, and artisanal goods Experience in premium hospitality, cellar door, luxury retail, or guest experience roles (preferred) Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a high standard of service Organised and composed in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic about engaging with both local and international visitors What We Offer Opportunity to represent a premium agritourism lifestyle brand in a destination setting Work within a design-led, experience-driven environment Exposure to a curated portfolio of high-quality artisanal products A professional, high-performing, and collaborative team culture Competitive hourly rate based on experience Lifestyle location in one of Australias most iconic coastal regions Pay: $60,000.00 $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
