What The Job Actually Looks Like Hunting new business across WA Getting out from behind the desk and into the field Building relationships with builders, project managers and decision-makers Quoting jobs, solving problems and closing deals Creating opportunities instead of waiting for them Following up when others give up Becoming the person customers call when they need something sorted fast This is not an account manager role where you inherit a comfy customer list and cruise through the week. Youll need hustle. Initiative. Thick skin. Persistence. And yes youll need to enjoy the chase.
