An Employment Skills Training Facilitator''s Day involves: Facilitating group training sessions to jobseekers, face to face and online if required Working with the job seekers referred from digital services and other employment service providers to our Employability skills training program Delivering engaging group-based training Promoting Jobfind and EST courses Providing completion report to the jobseekers participating in the program Understanding the needs of local employers and labour markets Ensuring high engagement of job seekers to complete the EST training blocks Identifying job seekers area of interest and assisting them to secure work trials Connecting job seekers through apprenticeship and traineeship Identifying issues and working with the host organisation or job seekers to resolve them Undertaking risk assessment for the job seeker and the host organisation for industry awareness experiences Key Selection Criteria Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential Efficient administration skills and able to demonstrate effective time management skills Highly organised and able to self-manage day to day tasks appropriately Capable of handling difficult situations and manage conflict Demonstrated ability to communicate with a range of diverse people Being a part of the team, you will be provided with a wide range of benefits including: Personal and professional development opportunities Rewarding and supportive culture Frequent training and support to excel in the role Free Employee Assistance Program Access to novated car leasing Engage Wellbeing and Recognition Centre (Move, Munch, Money and Mind) To be considered you must...
