About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer to join our team, part time, with the potential to go full time. This role is ideal for someone who is confident across end-to-end accounts, comfortable managing both AR and AP, and able to take ownership of payroll processing. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required. You will work closely with management, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial processing, strong cashflow management, and smooth day to day operations. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions end-to-end Process invoices, statements, credit notes and supplier payments Follow up outstanding customer accounts via phone and email Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve queries Prepare weekly and monthly ageing reports Maintain accurate financial data in Xero Process payroll accurately and on time Support month end processes and general accounting tasks Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers Assist with continuous improvement of finance processes Skills & Experience Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Completed Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Confident using Excelfor reconciliations, data analysis and financial reporting Experience processingpayroll FastMoving Consumer Goods Experience: Exposure tomanufacturingor a fast-paced operational environment is required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
