As our projects continue to grow, we''re looking for a qualified, experienced carpenter to take ownership of day-to-day carpentry on site. This role suits someone who is confident working independently, understands the realities of residential construction and can deliver consistently high-quality work without being micromanaged. Candidates must hold a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification. You''ll be working across renovations and extensions, with the trust and responsibility to manage carpentry works on site. This role will suit someone who: Has strong experience across residential carpentry Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of residential carpentry experience Has renovation and extension experience, with references to support this Takes pride in quality finishes and doing things the right way Can work autonomously and problem-solve on site Communicates clearly and works well with clients and trades This is not a volume-build environment or a rushed site.
