You will make an impact by Keeping roads, drains, and public spaces safe and well-maintained. Operating trucks and civil plant. Pitching in with manual tasks like digging, lifting, and raking. Looking after the tools and machinery, you use every day. Helping make sure worksites are safe for everyone. What you will bring A currentminimum licenserequiredis a Heavy Rigid Victorian Driver Licence (or willingness to upgradewellsupport you with paid time). Construction Induction Card (White Card). A solid work ethic and interest in civil maintenance or machinery. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Basic tech skillscomfortable using a tablet to check schedules or messages. Experience and qualifications in plant and equipment operation (excavator, skid steer, etc.). A strong focus on safety and doing the job right. Please note, you will also need to Commit to obtaining -within 3 months of being eligible- an upgrade to a Heavy Combination Victorian Driver Licence category.
