This role offers a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects across Gippsland and surrounding areas. About the RoleAs a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations across a range of plumbing and civil projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate crews across residential, commercial, and civil plumbing projects Oversee stormwater, drainage, sewer, and civil infrastructure works Manage site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with Australian Standards Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules Liaise with clients, builders, councils, and stakeholders professionally Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently Maintain high standards of workmanship, presentation, and site organisation Support, mentor, and lead apprentices and team members Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope About You Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Plumbing role Certificate III in Plumbing and current plumbing registration/licence Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and civil construction practices Ability to lead teams and work independently when required Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements Organised, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks/projects Current drivers licence What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Company vehicle and fuel card Overtime opportunities Long-term career opportunity with a growing business Diverse projects across plumbing and civil construction Supportive team culture Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities Stable full-time employment with worklife balance A company that values quality, safety, and its people About UsAqua Plumbing and Civil is a well-established plumbing and civil construction company servicing Warragul and surrounding areas for over 15 years.
