Punthill Tuggeranong is the first Punthill hotel within Greater Canberra, marking an exciting new chapter for our expanding group.Located near several key attractions, Punthill Tuggeranong is set to become a preferred choice for corporate travellers in the area. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing our presence in Canberra, working closely with our Super Host & Hotel Manager to ensure seamless hotel operations. Your focus will be on understanding our key guests the corporate travellers and enhancing their experience during their stay. 76 apartments, ranging from Studio to Three Bedroom. All apartmentsare self-contained with full kitchens, washers and dryers. on site conference space, gym, pantry, and lobby fireplace. A stone''s throw from the Hyperdome with free onsite parking for all team members. A business with a friendlyenvironment and access to mentoring from the Hotel Manager. Responsibilities Reporting to the Hotel Manager, youll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day youll strive to: Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay) Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems Be true host, and location connection for our guest -knowthe local area of the hotel intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard Benefits You''ll be someone looking for a long-term career with a growing, Australian-owned hotel group.
