About the Role This role provides senior education leadership across the Business, Design & Technology portfolio, with a strong focus on teaching excellence, contemporary learning practice and student success. Youll lead Program Leads and educators, shape learning strategy and champion education quality across a diverse and high-impact portfolio. Operational accountability sits alongside your core purpose; enabling outstanding learning experiences through strong leadership, planning and collaboration. In this role, you will: Lead education delivery across the portfolio, strengthening teaching practice and learning quality. Inspire, coach and develop educators and Program Leads to build capability and confidence. Drive student engagement, retention and success through high-quality learning experiences. Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to grow education pathways and opportunities. Develop and enhance strong industry partnerships to ensure learning remains current, relevant and future-focused. Ensure programs meet education compliance, regulatory and quality standards. Partner across the organisation to align workforce planning, resources and innovation with education priorities. About You Youre an experienced education leader who understands how quality learning is built, sustained and improved. You lead educators with purpose, value strong teaching practice, and know how to balance educational integrity with operational responsibility. You enjoy working at scale, influencing strategy, and creating environments where students and staff can succeed together. Youll bring: Proven leadership experience within education, training or teaching-focused environments. Strong understanding of teaching and learning quality, student experience and education compliance. Experience delivering workforce, financial and performance outcomes across education portfolios. Proven ability to build strong industry partnerships, collaborating with employers and stakeholders to shape relevant learning and strengthen workforce pathways. Highly developed communication and relationship skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and lead with confidence. Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to apply evidence-based, data driven analysis to support decision making.
