We are looking for an energetic and service-driven Parts Interpreter who want to learn the industry and grow. This role is based in Warnervale. You dont need truck or trailer knowledge to apply, just bring your customer focus, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Well provide the training and support to help you become a technical expert. What Youll Do As a key member of our team, you''ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided) Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge About You You''re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
