About the RoleWe are seeking a Housing Coordinator with a strong clinical or social work background to oversee the coordination and delivery of supports within our NDIS housing services. This is a part-time, on-call role with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, ideal for a professional who can balance autonomy with responsive support and oversight. The role involves primarily remote coordination, with occasional visits to the SIL home in Lakelands and attendance at the Subiaco office approximately once per week for team meetings and coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily operations of NDIS housing/SIL services Respond to on-call matters, including incidents, staff support, and participant needs Develop, implement, and review participant support plans Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators Provide clinical oversight and guidance to support workers Oversee risk, incident reporting, and audit readiness Maintain housing compliance and documentation Administer or oversee basic clinical tasks where required (e.g. medication, injections if applicable) Conduct risk assessments and incident management Liaise with families, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders Support staff training, mentoring, and performance management Maintain accurate documentation and reporting About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification ORDegree in Social Work / Community Services with relevant clinical training Demonstrated experience in the NDIS sector, particularly SIL or housing supports Clinical competencies such as: Medication administration Injections (desirable) Injection administration skills are highly preferred for this position First Aid & CPR certification (current) Mental health training and experience Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage complex participant needs and behaviours Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening What We Offer Flexible hybrid working arrangement (work from home + site visits) Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth and leadership development Ongoing training and professional development The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people''s lives
